I received shoes that were two sizes too large. The people working customer service were extremely helpful, and answered all my anxious little questions. I opted for immediate replacement, and the service lives up to its name. I shipped my return back to Otishi a day or two after, and my replacement shoes were in my mailbox when I got home.
