poor. they sent me the wrong item and the size they recommended me for another was incorrect. Then, after reaching out to them to confirm how to exchange, they took several days to get back to me and wouldn't answer my questions about the process directly, just giving me general instructions. Then i had to pay $65 to ship it back to them bc i live in the states with little to no confidence they will even send me the right items back because their customer service reps wouldn't confirm.
