Good company really good communication

I purchased an outfit for a cruise. The shoes were recommended with the outfit so I also bought them. Shoes arrived and the outfit I wanted was cancelled for being out of stock. Likely will not buy here again.

Customer service does not respond in timely matter delaying difficult return process. Still waiting on the promised partial refund which I find unfair. Truly disappointed

Fraudulent, they will not refund and use delay tactics.

Considering how the company markets itself, the delay in shipping and horrible quality of the clothes is abhorrent. I cannot believe people are buying it. I regret purchasing these pants and the return process is too cumbersome to deal with.

I have been waiting for my order for ages...

Very bad shipping experience. The shipment details were incorrect, including the phone number, which caused serious issues with the delivery company. Because of this, I had difficulty receiving my order and had to deal with unnecessary delays and frustration. Customer support was not helpful and did not resolve the issue. Overall, the shipping process was poorly handled and very disappointing.

Your return policy is 🗑️ It has been over 2 weeks since I requested a refund and nothing has happened. On verge of disputing charge with credit card company

A little bit slow but its okay

Yes I will be honest the delivery and shipping may be a bit longer than expected or suggested, on the other hand shipping and delivery does vary based on where you live and how long the delivery journey is so that is understandable. That is okay though, once the items are ordered I get given an email confirmation that provides all details. Then if under circumstance the delivery is delayed or is awaiting. I get given an update and sometimes even the latest offers and deals.

It was a complete business failure- do Business with them at you own risk……
