The bag had an odd odor, not exactly what I expected from genuine leather which is what I paid for. But maybe that will wear off. For a leather bag of this price, it should have metal studs on the bottom to protect it. Online the bag seemed to have more texture or dimension. But it was more flat. Still it's a beautiful bag.
