Never received my order. Zero communication from seller’s end: phone calls to the customer care phone # go to voicemail and emails haven’t been replied to. I placed the order over two weeks ago at this point and it’s been in “pre-shipment” since Feb 8th. I was very excited for my waist beads but this is just unprofessional.
