I loved that I could speak and message with people that knew the bikes but I did have to persist to get through. Some messages went unanswered for days and things only really got going once I visited you in Bristol. I know there must be a lot of time wasters out there, so in the end I was just happy to deal with proper Temple people. I knew they must be there. I don’t live near Bristol, so more accessibility for your distant customers might help.
