One thing I really appreciate is that every part and accessory for the device can be ordered separately. I have occasionally run into stock shortages, but the fact that almost the entire machine, except for the motor, can be reordered piece by piece for repair or refurbishment is simply brilliant. I hope this remains the case in the long run. It would also be a great addition if, when a new product is released, customers could trade in their old one. Keep up the great work!

El mejor arenero del mercado

No issues at all. The pet snowy litter box, arrived quickly and it was very easy to set up ready for use. Comes with an easy to follow instruction manual and quick set up guide.

El cajón fue enviado en un plazo de unos 5 días. Esperaba un poco más de rapidez, pero todo llegó en perfecto estado. Los accesorios correctos y la fragancia del ambientador me resultaba muy agradable, al menos a mí. A mis gatos, creo que no... No se han adaptado al arenero en el yo tenía puestas tantas expectativas. Creo que el ruido y la oscuridad que hay dentro, aunque al principio les dejaba la tapa abierta, no les ha dado toda la confianza. Llegaron a hacer sus necesidades, pero tardaron bastante y luego empecé a oler en el salon a sus excrementos y efectivamente los estaban haciendo fuera. Seguí intentándolo, pero lo último fue hacer pis en el sofá y esto ya me ha determinado para solicitar la devolución. Los 30 días de prueba son muy necesarios.

My cat likes this fountain; she drinks a lot from it, and it works well. However, the app and the weight detection could use some improvement.

Every thing was easy to find, despite being expensive it worth it in the end as you buy things in bulk

I live the products except that there is no replacement filters yet and I don't understand why you want us to replace so often when we can't even get one.

My feeder will not connect to Wi-Fi, and my water fountain has also stopped working. It is very frustrating to have spent so much money on a system that is not functioning properly. I would like to submit a formal complaint. I have already reached out for assistance and have received little to no support other than being advised to reboot my Wi-Fi, which I have already done multiple times without resolving the issue. Can someone please assist me and help make this right? I have invested a lot.

Since using the PetSnowy automatic litter box, keeping the house clean has become so much easier. Easy to order, it arrived very quickly and was extremely well packaged. The only thing I would say is there could be a little bit more words around the instructions of how to put it together and how it generally works, but I did figure it out.
