You have horrible shipping times. And, since your litter box requires special liners, I can’t use anything else if I don’t receive your liners. I ordered a box of 120 which never showed up at my home. Not I have a useless expensive crap box that I hate. It’s the worst product I ever purchased.

The item was on backorder. I was not alerted to this or emailed when it did finally ship. Would’ve been nice to be told it was backordered and offered the other color which was in stock, apparently. The cats had basically ripped ours to shreds, I couldn’t have cared less about the color.

Had issues with the courier that they decided to team up with - DPD - for the bulky items. Customer services was good, they shipped it three times before it got here. The smaller items arrived without issue.

The customer service was very helpful. I didn’t set it up right away because I wanted it to be brand new for the RV we will be staying in until our house is built so they gave me extra time to make sure I loved it.

Out of the box, plastic is slightly broken (see photo). It doesn’t affect functionality, but it’s annoying for something so expensive to arrive damaged. Some of the physical buttons are not available on the app (“R” button), so if I forget to reset the weight after adding litter, or activate it after a power outage while I’m not home, someone will have to physically go push the button. It’s a tight squeeze for our 10 and 13 lb cats, and they often poo down the side wall instead of into the box.
