My brush didn’t turn up with my paint. I called at 5.15pm on a Friday afternoon, as soon as I realised, I really wanted to limewash my bathroom over the weekend. The guy on the phone was extremely helpful and he organised a replacement which arrived by 11am on the Saturday morning enabling me to complete my limewash over the weekend as planned 👍.

The product isn’t what it seems online on all of their media. Application with their brushes is poor and they send out videos on how to apply which is good but if it still isn’t right it should not be pushed back to the customer that they applied or incorrectly when they watched said videos and several others and it still wasn’t correct! Poor customer service after but good before… not surprising when I spent nearly £900 on paint but as soon as I had a problem nothing!

This product is the consistency of water. Luckily I was only needing to cover a surface area of 3m x 2 m for a photoshoot prop. After carefully preparing the base and using the prep coat , wasting a lot of time and money the product was still quite opaque with what looked like a dirty wash of water. I watched several videos despite being quite experienced, Used a whisk and the correct brush. Total waste of time and money. I've used much better products. I wont be ordering from Limewash again.
