I may be able to make enough money on this pack to recoup the cost I paid but I can't sustain my business that way. I have to make a profit. I know Helpsy Source is trying to keep items out of the landfill, but when you include obviously damaged or super low value items, reputable sellers are going to throw those items away anyway and it just decreases the chances of resellers buying that pack ever again. I am a long time customer and feel I used to receive better items and service.

The website is easy to use and the shopping was easy. I just don’t think the products I got were all from the brand I was told they would be from and so I probably won’t order again.

Some stained and snagged items that can’t be sold, overall don’t think I will make out that well on sales. Still optimistic to try Helpsy again.

Fedex lost one of the boxes of Bogey Boys golf apparel - it was not until I followed up on my fedex claim denial (not the shipper) I learned there is a fedex rep Helpsy works with and refund was issued. Modcloth shoes not ones received, one pair short, received the reseller pack - one box was never shipped, reached out with the missing quantity, box was sent but still one short. Most experiences have been seamless, this not at all. Interested in other items, but hesitant to make another purchase

Having purchased multiple first and used quality boxes from helpsy the first quality are great. But the secondhand are often unsellable which is unfortunate.

There’s no problem with customer service. The only thing is that I hope they don’t put too much smaller sizes per order. It’s really difficult to sell small sizes and to receive 36 out of 40 is not acceptable. The sad thing is you can’t return it because of the policy. Overall I’m not happy with my first order and maybe this will be my last.

The shopping experience could have been enjoyable if I had been pleased with the box I purchased, but I found myself feeling deeply disappointed.

Awful! been trying to get in touch with someone to resolve an issue and haven’t heard back from anyone on a resolution…. Extremely disappointed .

I wish there was more plus size and better quality.

I have to be pretty picky about what I order, but so far have only been disappointed by one box. All the rest were worth it. I mostly order and sell men's clothes, for reference.

Slightly annoying that I can’t use the app to make purchases or gain rewards. I can only purchase Helpsy through Shop.

Received mostly XXS and XS items and several flawed items.

I have complained in the past on to find that Helpsy doesn't really care about the customer. They basically said buyer beware and that 20% defect rate is to be expected...

Both boxes weren’t great my reseller starter box especially was awful. After 12 years of reselling I just wanted to try online sourcing and I’m not going to be shopping again. I’m bummed because I thought this would be a helpful tool. I invested $900 on my Last orders and now I might not even make that back. Disappointed, a few items were nice so it wasn’t the absolute worse experience but not a good one.

Excellent purchase! The box included a great variety of styles and sizes, all brand new with tags. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in the items received. The box of product I received appeared ro be discarded unwanted items. My reason for contacting Helpsy was for lululemon inventory but apparently the big wigs who spend a lot of money eith them get all the inventory and the smaller guys get none.

I love helpsy! I will keep ordering. I wish you wouldn't ship heavily pilled sweaters.
