Your grading standards are a joke. Not worth spending my money here only to receive inventory not even close to the condition described. It took a month for me to receive inventory I was told would ship in 2 weeks and now two months later I’m still dealing with a return request for damaged inventory that was graded as “great”. Very dishonest company a real pain to work with

I don't like the rewards program. I cannot use my "points" because it counts as a code and therefore costs me more than if i used a promo code especially since shipping is SO high. $65 for one clothing box. $200 for shoes shipping!!! I don't buy things I would like to try because with the shipping things are WAY overpriced. I also do not think changing your name was helpful. Your Brand and service did not improve. Its lame to concentrate on lame things and not improve in other areas.

other than the mystery box Ive been pretty disappointed, maybe if i make larger purchases the brands and quality will get better, in each box theres a good amount of items that I think are just filler, dress linings that are unsellable, very poor quality tanks and the stained items are usually not cleanable, ive tried. One of the other boxes had a coat that i was excited about when i saw the tag but as i pulled it out it smelled has a large rip in the seam and was just gross

Got my shoe box pretty fast but the clothing pallet hasn’t come and I have heard nothing. No communication on it.

Order in the past few years, my first NuSource order. Will try another type of box.

It's improving. In the past I waited for a long time for a response. I think maybe now the team is getting to know my name and the response time is a tiny bit faster.
