Your grading standards are a joke. Not worth spending my money here only to receive inventory not even close to the condition described. It took a month for me to receive inventory I was told would ship in 2 weeks and now two months later I’m still dealing with a return request for damaged inventory that was graded as “great”. I don't like the rewards program. I cannot use my "points" because it counts as a code and therefore costs me more than if i used a promo code especially since shipping is SO high. $65 for one clothing box. $200 for shoes shipping!!! I don't buy things I would like to try because with the shipping things are WAY overpriced. I also do not think changing your name was helpful. Your Brand and service did not improve. Its lame to concentrate on lame things and not improve in other areas.
