The first order I got from you was fine. My second order was placed nearly 5 weeks ago and I haven't received it. I stopped receiving updates on my shipping on 01/15. I need someone to either provide me with an update, resend my order or please issue me a refund.

I jumped att he deal of buy 3 get one free! One of my paintings wasn't shipped and received one I did not order. However I reached out to customer service and let them know, they got back to me same day and were so amazing with fixing this issue! I'm so happy to order paintings from this conpany!

Delivery was fine . But after product was handed over to postal service there was no update . I would recommend sorting this out with the delivery service you use . Apart from that was great
