Overall a fairly pleasant shopping experience.
Only thing I found troublesome was the shipping cost to EU from NA.
I purchased 2 products with a subtotal of around 40€ and this amounted to 31€ of shipping costs + customs fee and a small postal fee when it arrived to my country. This resulted in around 54€ of extra payments for a 40€ purchase. Which is not really a good thing for the consumer, nor the store itself in the long run.
I also played around in the shopping cart to see if it would be smarter to buy larger amounts of the products to get more for the same shipping cost but sadly the subtotal - shipping ratio stays pretty much the same regardless of what & how much you decide to buy.
But overall, I'd give it a 5/5 if it wasn't for the extremely expensive shipping outside of NA.
