The fabric of this abaya is really good—soft and comfortable. The stitching is also excellent, very neat and clean. The delivery service was also very good. However, the biggest issue is the color. I purchased this abaya specifically because of its beautiful and decent color shown in the pictures, but the one I received is completely different. It does not match the advertised color at all, which is quite disappointing.
I even filed a complaint and messaged them on Instagram, but they haven’t responded properly or addressed my issue. If they are showing a specific color in pictures, they should deliver the same product. This kind of mismatch is unacceptable, and I hope they improve their product accuracy and customer service.
