My experience with the policy gives the impression that customers can try on the watch and return it if they’re not satisfied. That’s exactly what I did I tried it on, realized it was much larger and heavier than I expected, and decided it wasn’t for me.
Instead of honoring what I believed their policy allowed, they denied my return by claiming that saying I “gave it some time to get used to wearing it.
