Anele took his sweet time getting back to me and i had to constantly remind him about my problems. i asked to do an exchange for a different pair of shoes and did not mention a single thing about cost involved for the return, until the very end. Also return is fully on me not just the cost. it would have been better for you to arrange return even if cost was deducted from the refund. you make it so difficult to deal with you. i will never support your business ever!
