I eventually received my clock, and I'm very happy with the product itself. The quality is excellent.
However, the delivery process needs to be improved. The parcel was delivered to a local pickup point and sat there for several days, but I was never told which pickup point it had been sent to. I spent a lot of time trying to locate it, contacting customer support and visiting several collection shops before finally finding it.
A simple solution would be to notify customers of the name and add
