I ordered a size S hoodie, which was my mistake as I actually need a size M. The hoodie is completely unworn and in perfect condition, so I emailed asking if a one time size exchange would be possible. What frustrates me is not the policyit's the lack of response. I've received no reply at all. After waiting for international shipping from the USA and spending a lot of money on the hoodie, the least I expected was an answer. Poor service.
