I emailed them to cancel my subscription (I wasn’t aware that it was a monthly subscription) and haven’t get an answer back yet

Canceling subscription should be easier and not back and forth emails. Also, I feel like I was hounded with emails to submit a review right when I got it delivered. I was away from my house and you also need to give client at least a couple weeks to try.

My order got delayed, and I got two different answers about why it was so delayed. They did offer a small discount for the wait, which was greatly appreciated.

Website is very limited with order info, personal info and the subscription. I didn’t realize ordering meant that I was subscribing to a monthly delivery. There isn’t anywhere that said you can cancel the subscription.

The customer service was amazing

The company is fraudulent. Charged me again for an order I did not place - this time double the amount. I sent an email to cancel and tried calling and the number is "not in service."

Yall made it pretty hard to work with my subscription. Give your customers the option to cancel on their own without having to email back and forth. Or just manage their subscription

I don't like that it was very difficult for me to cancel my subscription.

The matcha didn’t have the vibrant green color I was expecting and the flavor was not as good. Also it’s been impossible to contact you to get a refund

The matcha powder was very affordable and the purchase and shipment was smooth. Unfortunately, the low cost should’ve been an indicator of a low quality powder.

When I emailed CS to cancel a subscription, I got a reply with offers to continue. When I replied I do not like the product, I got another response asking me to continue. I replied with another "no thank you, please cancel subscription!" and haven't heard back!!!

Although I have received responses to my inquiries relating to my not receiving this order, absolutely nothing has been done about it. I will have to contact the credit card company to remove the charge.

Got duped, was supposed to get the buy one get one free from the facebook ad. Saw it show up properly in my cart but when I placed the order I did not get that deal and only 20% was taken off which was disappointing.

Felt communications wasn't very good with the company and there was a hiccup in the shipping process. It also looked like the phone number on the site doesn’t work which can decrease their credibility. Still got my item but it was hard to cancel a subscription through the site, site needs to be fleshed out better for usability.
