The items took longer than the estimated time which would have been fine if I’d had some idea when they would come. When I contacted Yodel they told me they had not received the item from Customer Pet Socks, then they were unexpectedly delivered the next day ( Christmas Eve). But it was the run up to Christmas so these communication issues are to be expected.
