Terrible customer service. Ordered placed over 3 weeks ago, I’ve had no correspondence that my order has been shipped, the tracking link from RELAY states they’re still awaiting the parcel. Customer service is an automated message with no help. Ordered the socks for a Christmas present but I doubt they will even arrive before then. Wouldn’t recommend

Total scam. Run away. They advertise 3-6 days for shipping and it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my order. Very non responsive customer support that was NO help when they finally did get back to me. Refused to give me a refund. “Your order is on its way” and “there are delays for this time of year.” That’s unacceptable. The tracking numbers don’t work and when they do send you another it goes to a mandarin website. Never do business with these people!

False presentation - product received was different then promised - Quality poor & socks WAY too small / narrow for my dad to wear! The website says “men’s size 8.5-13”, but would be lucky to get a ‘female’s foot’ in them. Also, socks arrived one week later than promised / expected, with zero presentation - no bag, card, information about the product / brand etc… simply ‘chucked’ in a postal bag.
