My daughter asked for this insanely over priced merch for her Santa gift. I ordered 3 items, only two showed. I emailed and emailed and it was after the holidays before I even heard back. Not only did she not get the big item ordered (the hoody), it took over 2 weeks for the refund to go through. They weren’t apologetic, and didn’t offer to express ship or even respond before the holiday.
