Poor communication from the online team as per my review. Phoned multiple times to find out what's going on with my order hence it took very long. I did not get any emails to know what's going on. I phoned head office multiple times, they promise each time to phone back, but nothing. It was very frustrating. The lady eventually said they will send a free gift to make up for the issue, but that did not even happen. Very disappointed.

I always enjoy ordering from Partners. My only wish would be to have more communication after the order has been placed. The last couple of times I have had to call and find out when delivery will take place, as it seems to take a couple of days for the courier to pick up. However at least I get a live and helpful person on the phone
