Poor communication from the online team as per my review. Phoned multiple times to find out what's going on with my order hence it took very long. I did not get any emails to know what's going on. I phoned head office multiple times,they promise each time to phone back,but nothing. It was very frustrating.
The lady eventually said they will send a free gift to make up for the issue,but that did not even happen. Very disappointed.
