I've never dealt w an online ONLY vendor who sells products strictly online who has NO refund policy and ONLY does merchandise credit.
Because the products I purchased were online, I could NOT actually examine their quality prior to purchase. You all don't sell products thru storefront so it seems super unethical that if consumer can't actually see n feel the product they're purchasing that vendor would implement a NO refund merchandise credit ONLY policy.

The necklace is made from extremely cheap-looking material despite the website advertising a gold carat coating. It feels flimsy, weighs almost nothing, and the gold colour is so pale it looks fake. It looks nothing like the photos on the website — especially the polished image of the model wearing it. For the full price they charge, the quality is honestly shocking.
To make matters worse, the necklace I received was defective. The clasp wouldn’t even hold the chain properly, making it complete

The customer service I contacted was very kind on their reply. I emailed a picture of the necklace I received and was told it was what I ordered. I received a different chain than what I ordered, same style, but different chain. The photo to the other chain style should reflect the different style of chain. . I’m still waiting to hear about a store credit.
