The response from customer service was okay although I have some issues where as I said before I seen that my package was delivered via email and seen a picture of it but when I got home my package was not here also the timely fashion and it was supposed to be a gift for myself for my birthday so I'm disappointed because I never received the product back I shipped the first product back to you guys which you know I needed it to be customized and that went well but on you guys and for whatever reason it seemed like I guess my package was stolen so you know also spoke with the deliverers and they told me some other options for any further packages that I received so I'm grateful for them but as far as your company it just seems like whatever and I'm not happy with that..
