I was excited when I had a cup it was good coffee and I wanted to splurge and treat myself... Full of regret Pretty overpriced, and almost non existing customer service. Over 3 and a half week to ship out, and was charged same day on my card... not even a effort was made to feel like a valued customer even like a discount or a bonus for just not filling my order promptly. When I can easily go on Amazon or costco for cheaper... super fail will not buy here and told my local friends.
