I had an issue with an order as I didn't realise I had to pay a fee to get the product delivered to me. (This is because of Brexit and not the company). I emailed the company, who had kindly already been updating me about when the product would be on it's way, and they were unbelievably helpful. They are issuing a full refund of the product, as it couldn't get to me, and they have updated me whenever I asked. They really are a great company with great service, so if you're looking for anything to do with flight simulation. Then I couldn't recommend this company more!
