Overall the general experience was great, but there were a couple very minor things. The website was a little difficult to navigate and find the product that I was looking for. Not bad, just not easy. Secondly if they could perhaps put some type of markings or stickers on the handle covers to let you know which one fits which door it would help facilitate an otherwise easy installation.
