Orders are slow to ship. The shipper used both times is so so so slow and the tracking always tells you an arrival date which hasn’t been close to accurate each time. The pants came with a hole inside the pocket which is disappointing. Customer service is very nice though. Just hasn’t been smooth either time I’ve ordered from them.
