They wanted me to pay postage back to Europe,£15 PayPal said they would cover the return cost. They did Ironic really as someone else a friend ordered same ring. It arrived with NO HALLMARK So much for checked 3 times EXPECT TO PAY FOR YOUR OWN RETURNS
