Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a ring on November 28 and it still hasn’t arrived well past the promised delivery window.
The tracking has been stagnant for days, shows conflicting information, and customer service has been evasive, unable to give any delivery date or take responsibility. Instead of solutions, I keep receiving automated emails asking for reviews while my order remains undelivered.
I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.
