I had an issue with my initial order but Blume customer service had me taken care of in no time. So far nothing but positive outcomes.

I’m really excited about the “idea” of what these do, but unfortunately, I felt ripped off because the price for what I got just did not add up to what I thought it was worth. I was extremely disappointed to open the packaging and find that it was as small as it was.

The remote doesn’t connect, the phone barely connects, timer function doesn’t work. The only reason I gave 2 stars was when it’s on it looks nice. Don’t have functions like remotes and timers if they don’t work.

It took a very long time to get the product to us

First light was weeks late with poor communications of the shipping status. Although it wasn’t a good experience, I ordered a small one. It came late and the light flickers and is uncontrollable. I want a replacement and better customer service.

Terrible. I paid and have been waiting months for a pot that never arrived.

Fraud.

The pot does not fit inside the wooden base, even with the legs fully extended. I would like to return them.

Not ready for primetime

horrible value for the money. i was ordering this one first to see it before ordering the largest ones that you have. Clearly, they will be too small. I'd never buy from you all again

Ordered nearly 5 months ago and still havent recieved mine

This company creates crap products that look 3D printed. Their customer service is horribly rude and literally threatened me. Absolutely nothing was done by the company to make my HORRIBLE experience better and I cannot in good faith ever recommend this company to anyone. Their standards are so low they reach hell. You can purchase from this company, but not with any good faith that you'll receive a decent product, in a decent time frame. Not worth the wait, not worth the rudeness. Do not buy!!

Had initial problem with the order but it was revolved quickly and professionally. Much appreciated.

The plant pot arrived a month late. The owner had promised to include some free items, but nothing was included in the package. The pot itself appears to be fully 3D printed and looks very low quality. The plant stand is poorly made, wobbles, and does not seem like it will last long. Overall, I am very disappointed with this company.

For the price it was much smaller then expected

Bad communication. Too many alleged delays. I canceled my order after waiting almost two months.

Doesn't work. Bad support. Long wait time for nothing.

Long wait between purchase and shipping of item. They only arrived after the company customer service was contacted.

Scammy company

Sorry, but I expected a much better experience for the $200 price tag. Nice marketing images though. Delays missed the holidays. SHOP is not a great platform. Instructions are better on YouTube than on paper.

A little hiccup with the shipping but worth the wait!

Almost a month and still no flower pot. Not good. Order with caution from them.

Did not respond to initial inquiry. Did not deliver on time. Was told it would be shipped out three different times before it was actually shipped out.

Even though they had supplier isdues and delivery was significantly delayed, I liked the product and company support.

Took forever to ship. Customer support didn’t respond. Had to follow up three times over five days.

Same feedback as before. Late arrival and quality was not that great.

Please figure out your Quality Control and Fulfillment Issues as i think you have a great idea of a product. I hope your company is successful but these issues need to be resolved if your going to get returning customers.

Poor communication but lots of excuses.

The company was responsive in correction an issue with the base by sending us a new one once they were made aware of the issue. Overall a great experience.

Was told my package would come before Christmas but came almost a week after.. Ordered in November.

Still awaiting the delivery of my plant pot after more than a month. No updates as to what is happening until threatened with reporting to my credit card company.
