Shipping is unreliable. One of the two products, the Protection Quick Car Coating Spray, had an incorrect shipping number, and I received no information on whether it had been shipped or when I could expect delivery. It left water spots and streaks all over my vehicle and failed to bring out the shine. The other product, the Glass Cleaning Board, disintegrated during its first use. It also left my windows as if I had cleaned them with dirty water. Both products are way overpriced.
