I ordered a pair of shoes and was offered a 2nd pair at a discount. I wanted the 2nd pair but when I chose the lavender color, the price went back up to full price. I emailed Customer Service immediately but they didnt respond for a week, well past the shipment date. I received an email saying when I got the shoes I could send them back and exchange for purple. The shoes came from China and took at least 2-3 weeks to get. It would have been a good month or two before I could get the purple shoes
