I was signed up for a subscription on this product upon checking out with Apple Pay. I sent an email to cancel it and never heard anything back. My discount code was better than the subscription price so it was definitely not done by me. Decided to at least give it a try at my daughter’s track meet and got burnt. Could not recommend less and now I understand why they automatically sign you up for the subscription because once you try the product you won’t buy it again because it doesn’t work.

My order took about 2 weeks to arrive, which was a bit longer than I anticipated. Now that it has arrived the sunscreen brush will not release any powder, no matter how many times I follow the instructions to prime it. I have sent in a submission, but have not heard back yet. I am disappointed.

Shipping took two weeks. Got it in the mail when we got back from vacation cause it took so long. And it doesn’t come out of the brush

Arrived quickly and ready to use!

The ordering was great but my order took a little detour to PA before arriving at my address. Took longer than expected to arrive but I did get and all is well 😉 great customer service team. They responded to my emails asking where the order was. I also had ordered during a promotion and the “free” item wasn’t included. They checked the date and I was due the order so they sent the free item in a separate order which arrived promptly. Thanks again and kuddos to the customer service department

Don’t like your company & and will NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN!! I just want to cancel my subscription-AND YOU WILL NOT LET ME UNTIL 2 more ORDERS!!!! I will share this with my friends and family to not purchase this item or product from your company!! I will spread the word not to do business with your company! I’ve never in my life heard of anything like this that makes someone purchase something that they do not like!!!

I had a flare up of rosacea after using the powder sunscreen, so I discontinued using it. I will go back to Supergoop even though I don’t really like the consistency or stickiness.

On subscription and easy to skip a month until it’s actually needed.

Everything was great! We ordered a mystery brush and honestly we would not have picked the one we received but it does not matter at all. The product inside is the same and it was very nice to be able to receive a discount, especially given that this is our first time ordering so no one ever wants to pay more without knowing whether or not they will like it. But we love it!
