Wish I could get a refund!

Same as before.. I’m forced to wait on whether or not the warehouse can find my returned order before getting a resolution to my problem. I think I would prefer a refund rather than risk having to deal with customer service again.. the delivery service says that they didn’t deliver it yet I am fucked if they don’t return it to you. That’s not fair to me.

Shipping time was way too long.

I feel like I learned a lesson about ordering random things off of Facebook ads. These were too expensive for something I am unlikely to keep.

I hate the tracking, it isn't good, it just gives the same update over and over again for days until you feel like it is never going to come. I LOVE the shorts, they are fantastic and I'm very sad that I can't say the same about the pants or the shirt. Also, one arrived damaged with a bad seam and I am currently waiting to see how the replacement goes so I can't really speak on my customer service experience yet.

Shopping is easy, shipping is smooth, and the products are amazing for the price!

Large bra is way to big and large pants are way too small….i can’t wear either item I ordered…complete waste of money for me

The fact that returns nor exchanges are free should be clearly depicted on the website. I personally wouldn't have bought anything had I known the risk of losing the money I invested. Customer service was nice enough, but the processes are slow and multi-step both for exchange and refund.

One of the shorts arrived with a slight issue, I took a picture of it and emailed for guidance. They were quick to respond and offered a few options to fix the issue. I am very happy with the product and the customer service.

Leggings are ok, top is terrible quality.

My tights did not fit. I went through the process of requesting an exchange and they told me that somebody would email me to help me return the one that didn’t fit. It’s been several days and nobody has gotten back to me. I’m starting to think this company is a scam.

The concept is great. The fitting is meh. At this point it feels like really expensive useless leggings

Well I don't think the leggings are that worth if they going to tear with a normal workout

They're good except for one thing. The same on the inside of the legs made a dent in both legs

leggings are fantastic - only if they made returns easier - it is an ecommerce product you need to figure out a way
