The pots I bought - the "light weight line" are exactly as the pictures. Are very well finished and packed so safely, I never thought that would be a possibility. My only disappointment were the drainage kits - I bought 5 and don't have a clue how to use them. You have no pictures/instructions or even a paper saying "just place them under the pots to make same height"!... There was nothing! PS - I am sure you know how to place them, but your clients don't. ;)
