Horrible company

It was delivered broken. I've reached out to customer support numerous times and I get no response.

No problems with any part of the process from the minute I logged into their site until I received the item.

took longer to deliver than expected. no updates. arrived in excellent condition and very sharp.

So far I feel like the nearly $800 that I spent was a waste of time and my money. Especially since I have not heard anything about how this is going to be taken care of???

Failed to send me the correct order and have ignored refund/replacement email twice.

Tanto blade arrived damaged. I purchased the lifetime warranty, so it should be an easy fix. I have not heard back from anyone since I reported the issue. I reported the issue on the Day my package arrived. Ao they can't say that I took too long or anything scammy like that. I was excited about my purchase, but now I regret spending money with this company.

it took about 5 weeks to receive my package. when i did part of my order was missing. When trying to figure it out responses to my concerns began to get days apart, this was after i emailed them and did not receive a response.

In the description, it said the scabbard was solid wood with 3-D steel. That was a lie it is plastic and the 3-D steel is more plastic painted silver. I would not have bought a $1200 sword if they had mentioned it had a plastic scabbard. and when you tap on it, it sounds hollow.

Did not get regular updates on order status. A weekly reminder would have been reassuring even if it didn’t change from prior.

Ordered 2 items, but only one was delivered. I never received the keychain sword, only the stand. Contacted customer service about not receiving the keychain, never heard back from them.
