Very disappointed in my order. One of the stickers never came and I never got a refund even though I was promised one. Additionally, the company is so difficult to get in touch with. I emailed multiple times and never got a response. Customer service is terrible. The delivery date was also very inaccurate (2 weeks off) and was never updated. When I tried to reach out to get clarification about this, no one ever got back to me.

Editing my review- after more than a month the stickers arrived, and the envelope is fully torn up and massively wrinkled so I assume it got stuck in a machine or something. It happens, and I know a package getting lost or damaged isn’t bejeweled stickers fault. However, when I messaged customer service multiple times about my package not arriving, I never received any reply. Even if they had responded and said they couldn’t help me, it would have been better than no response. Not a scam site after all, but disappointed with the service.

My order was missing an item. No response from seller. I finally got the package after no shipping status or delivery date for 2 weeks after ordering. Also the contact email on this website is incorrect and finally the business owner replied, “How did you get this email? This is not our correct email. I will email you from [the right one] with a follow up to this email.”
Okay, so update your website? That’s confusing and inconvenient for someone reaching out for assistance.
I’m very unsatisfied with the customer service and anyone considering ordering from here should instead look elsewhere for the exact same products sold without the inconvenience and hassle and a guarantee that at least you’ll receive everything you paid for.
