Customer service is terrible, and delivery company is probably a scam. Item was not delivered to my address, so I reached out to customer service. Modaracare blamed the Canada Post strike, despite them not even handling the shipping. I sent video of my doorbell camera on the day the company says it was delivered, to inquire about a refund. They checked with the delivery company again, who could not provide proof of delivery. So, no refund will be issued, and I’m out $100. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Never received product. Purchased over a month ago.

Shipping is horrible, been waiting 3 weeks now and still not received my order.

Delivery took weeks to the UK. I even chased it up by email as I was convinced it’d had got lost or that I’d been scammed.

Tracking information provided wasn’t great during early stages, thought I’d been scammed.

Did not deliver what was promised and now I'm stuck with them.

I don't like the return policy. If an item doesn't work for you, you should be able to return it.

Took ages to arrive, based on the tracking info, it came from China which wasn't obvious when I ordered. It has unfixed pads which can't be removed, despite the advert stating that it is unpadded. I WOULD NOT have bought it I'f I'd known. When I asked for a refund, I was offered 30% and keep the bras to save me paying international postage. As I can't wear the bras, I asked for and was given a 50% refund. A UK seller would have had to refund in full as it was not as described.

I got an almost immediate response from my first email of complaint but since then other than asking for my feedback or a generic email nothing! The actual time of delivery and packaging were good

It was easy to order the bras but returning from the UK will be costly and I don’t trust the process so I’m stuck with bras that are of no use to me at all and I’m out of pocket.

I tried to return the item and was told returns are only approved for certain reasons. And they were already starting to make it a hassle and was going to cost too much to do the return.
