Un service client déplorable qui vous arnaque en vous livrant un vélo non conforme et ne veut pas assumer son erreur et qui clairement vous vole votre argent. Vous ment et ne veut pas résoudre le problème sous couvert de messages « we understand the inconvenience » et vous vous retrouvez à avoir dépensé 850€ pour un vélo pliant qui ne se plie pas. Ou il reprennent le vélo en échange de 100€ de remboursement … le produit n’est ni échangeable ni remboursable quoi que vous disiez preuves à l’appui.

The only imperfection was that I ordered a grey bike but it was not immediately available and I had to change the colour to have it quickly.

Disappointed my first choice colour was not available. Had to get in touch with you before I was advised that only white was available. This caused some delay in shipping.

If I’m totally honest there is a long delay from getting a response but you do eventually get a reply and PVY E-BIKES do honour what they say in their reply.

No complaints what so ever

Ich musste sehr lange auf die Lieferung warten. Zuerst wurde der Lieferteemin zweimal verschoben, dann musste ich die Farbe meines Bikes ändern, um nicht noch länger zu warten. Der Customer Service war okay, weil ich immer eine zeitnahe Antwort auf meine Anfrage erhielt. Das Bike ist in Ordnung für den Preis.

Bike arrived in 3 weeks instead of one as advertised. In the 3 weeks the customer service just wrote "the bike will be shipped this week, be patient" even if the bike wasn't shipped for real.
