Well, I did report one broken item and 3 missing items upon delivery, and had no response regarding them, also on both bikes we bought the extra battery carrier brackets have fallen off, the screws supplied have stripped the threads in the brackets. We have had dialogue with you but although you offered to send new screws that won’t help as the threads are stripped so you have not rectified the problem.
