Sending customer link to the warranty vs actually having a conversation with them is awful. I have had a cover less than a well, it was shipped torn and now I am to just end up stuck with it.

The website was easy to use, and I received personalized follow up in the production process

Did not receive the cover protector I ordered. Need a refund or ship the protector.

Had exceptional help from the company. They left it to me on how to design my needs. Extremely happy.

Received a cheaper (different brand) hot tub cover protector from what I ordered. Delivery of the actual Hot Tub Cover (not the protector) with time and date was scheduled with local delivery carrier, but they showed up a week earlier just as we were leaving town that morning.

When I asked questions I received quick answers...but check into the 10 year warranty- I added many upgrades as I believed the 10 year warranty was more inclusive- but with the percentage I have to pay towards a replacement if needed as the years move along it probably wasn't worth me paying foe the upgrades- as it will probably need to be replaced earlier and I paid almost 2X what I could have and will have to pay a large percentage to replace in a few years if there are issues anyways.

Great. Everything went smoothly.

Very happy with purchase so far, looking forward to seeing the cover wear well in wet/rainy Vancouver weather, and not absorb water, which is our primary concern. Cover appears very well made, would be fantastic to see order/turnaround time decreased in the future if possible.

They did what we agreed to and they’re delivering a very good quality product made here in Canada.

Everything delivered & made as promised, just a challenge installing the hydraulic lift properly to eliminate the cover sides from catching under the lift mechanism.
