Everything about my Spa-Migo purchase was top-notch EXCEPT the delivery, which was poor but probably should reflect more on the delivery company Spa-Migo chose for me than on the Spa-Migo company itself. All pricing was presented up front on their website, the two Spa-Migo customer service reps were polite and very helpful answering my many questions, and my custom hot tub cover was delivered on time (although no one told me when delivery would occur, a truck just showed up out of the blue).
