The Maison Alhambra Azzure perfume arrived broken, and the procedure to return it is very annoying. I can upload photos of the damage to the lid or a video where you can see why the liquid was spilled, but I don't have time to return it. My experience would change completely if, by sending evidence, you could send me one without having to return it.
