Many of the vials I have received have the metal cover on the top dysfunctional and ripping, thereby exposing the vial contents to air and causing the vial to be compromised. Even using wire snips to try and save the vacuum sealed contents has proven to be useless, as the pre-cot metal tops are shabbily cut.
