besides being a little late on delivery everything was perfect. i love that the food is temp controlled on delivery - just not sure about what to do with the gel packs - and if i order regularly im going to accumulate these. maybe make an option to return it to you for reuse? or if we drop off the cookt bag with the gel packs somewhere we get a discount on the next order? i dont know i just felt bad to throw the gel packs in the bin
