Loved everything about it!

Great service and fast delivery.

Unlike other wig companies. The shipment was fast. I received my wig way before than expected.

I would like to get a return label sent to my emails and i need additional information on how to return the wig.

The wig came late and according to the online message I had 7 days to return it and i received it a few day after the 7 days of ordering it. Then it took a little while for someone to get back and let me know if i could return the item. I it is still in the box.

Shipping was fast

The band on the inside came apart on one side, which I will have to sew myself. Not worth the wait and cost of returning the merchandise.

Pretty easy to order and I got my wig pretty fast.

My experience caused me way too much disappointment. First misleading advertising gave impression product was available and would be shipped promptly. I ordered two items, separate orders hours apart November 20,2024. One day later I got a WhatsApp message saying my second order was not available in size large and it would take a long time to make but medium size was available if I wanted it. I said yes I will take the medium. 13 days went by and I didn't receive any of the orders. I promptly requested cancellation of both orders for refund on December 3rd since I had to purchase elsewhere. I got a response saying the Ist order was held up delayed in the post and the 2nd order item was still being made so not even ready for shipping! Again I requested cancellation of both orders. I got a response saying for item that has not been shipped yet a refund would be processed. So another email 1st order shipped but I could return it, however if I decide to keep it I would be offered $30 refund as compensation. December 6 I finally received 1st order and sent reply email saying since I’m offered $30 refund I will keep it. I still have not used it. It’s now January 5th and still no refund even after reminding them of their offer December 24th. As for the 2nd order that I was told they would cancel, well I received notification that order was shipped! I promptly replied asking how and why would they ship long after cancellation request!? I notified them I didn’t have time nor did I want the hassle of dealing with return. I had already disputed the charge with my bank for 2nd order. On December 24 luckily I caught up with the mailman and told him I had to refuse the package. It’s been such a frustrating experience dealing with this company. They would fire off emails that made no sense sometimes, like the right hand had no clue what the left hand was doing. I have no clue if the wig is good or not as I have not even removed it from the plastic bag. I very RARELY wear wigs or braids so it’s certainly a waste of my $199. This is however the most inept customer service I’ve experienced in the last decade. I would never shop this brand again ever.

Piss poor

The process in delivery was too long. Ended up being worth the wait!! I believe the holidays played a big part in delayed delivery!!
