Lack luster delivery...in all had to wait 2 + weeks bf recieved item.

It was pretty good. I emailed support for status and did not hear back from them, which was disappointing, but I reached out via Instagram and heard back from them right away. Just a suggestion: I know Jaliza Wigs specializes in braided wigs, but I would love a kinky straight glueless wig with 4c edges in a 19.5" cap. If you made one of them, I would be a customer for life! I haven't found a company yet that makes wigs with an XS cap size. Please be the first.

My shopping experience was excellent. Shipping and delivery was not long. I like the fact that they update you in real time. Also, I like the fact that this website is secure. I appreciate the fact that I have to verify myself every time when I login to my account. And I buy units a lot, so I appreciate that very much.

I sent my complaints already, and stated that I need a small brown wig, if you decide to replace it.
