I really like Jaliza. But the last wig I bought I had an issue and I emailed them about my issue and to date I have not received a response and it’s been over 2 weeks now.

Great customer service

⭐ 0 Stars At first, I was willing to exchange the black 200 strands wig for something else. However, the trust was broken once I experienced poor communication and dismissive responses from customer service. Other customers from their TikTok live also reached out to me privately and shared similar negative experiences with customer service. Because of that, I contacted my bank immediately so they could be aware of the situation. The following morning of today on 3/14/26, I returned the wig for a refund. If necessary, my bank will handle the matter from there. I was a repeat VIP customer, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Never again. Unfortunately, the black wig I received was not the same quality at all either. The lace is hard, wrinkly, and noticeably different. It does not feel like true Swiss HD lace as advertised. The cap construction is also completely different from the wig I originally purchased. It fits differently and does not sit on the head the way the actual Swiss HD version did. You can imagine how disappointed I was after expecting the same quality from the same listing. To make matters worse, the communication from customer service was poor and dismissive. My concerns about the lace quality were brushed off, and I was repeatedly told the wig was Swiss HD lace even though it clearly was not the same lace as before. There was no real acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused until I decided to return the wig for a refund. I drove to USPS first thing in the morning to send the return. Because of the clear quality difference and poor communication, I have returned the wig and felt seriously inconvenienced by the entire process. Moving forward, my money will be going to Nigerian and Ghanaian wig braiders here in the United States who are consistent about the quality of their work. It’s part of our heritage to braid our hair. The wigs are a quicker switch up. Customers should be aware that the quality may not match what is advertised, and the customer service experience may be disappointing if issues arise. This was my experience. Be careful! ⛔️
